Entering Scheme 5B Results
Results for scheme 5B are to be submitted via our bespoke participant’s portal. If you are unable to submit any results using the portal, please feel free to contact us to discuss alternative ways of submission.

Scheme 5B Results Entry Guidelines

Pending Results:
Click “Results” in the navigation menu at the top of the page to take you to the “Pending Results” which will display the samples for which you can submit results. Double click on the relevant sample to open the results entry form.
Results Form:
Upload your clinical report based on the scenarios provided by clicking the “Choose File” button and selecting the relevant file from your computer. The upload, where possible, should be in “.pdf” format. The document name should clearly state the scenario number-year and lab number (E.g. ‘5B 1-2019 – lab X’, ‘5B 2-2019 – lab X’)
Once selected, scroll to the button of the page and press “Next”
On the final submission page, choose “Fully Tested” if you are submitting a report, as no physical samples are provided. You can either “Save” to allow another member of staff to also verify the results before submitting, or “Save and Submit” to fully commit the results for assessment.
Please Note: once “Save and Submitted” has been pressed, that sample will no longer be able to be edited. Please contact us if you need assistance if results are submitted prematurely in error.
