Scheme 13 Results Entry Guidelines

Indicate if neutrophil-specific antibodies (i.e. not HLA class I) have been detected using the dropdown box (selecting ‘positive’ if antibody has been detected, ‘negative’ if antibody has not been detected or ‘not tested’ if you were unable to test this sample).

For samples reported as ‘positive’ for neutrophil-specific antibodies, indicate the detected antibody specificity by selecting from the ‘Present’ dropdown menu – selecting ‘yes’ if an antibody was detected and ‘no’ if an antibody was not detected.  You can indicate the relevant detection method(s) for each antibody using the tick boxes if different methods were used for identifying each antibody.

If the sample has also been tested for HLA Class I antibodies, please indicate if HLA antibodies are present (selecting positive if antibody has been detected and negative if antibody has not been detected), using the corresponding dropdown box. Please note that this question is optional and the detection of HLA antibodies in this scheme is not assessed.

Technical issues/invalid results (e.g. control failures, quality issues) should be reported as ‘Not tested’. Reasons for not testing need to be reported on the final result entry page.
